The Chrysalis Project Inc., believes in the value of higher education and is committed to helping young ladies reach their academic and professional goals by awarding scholarships.  A Scholarship Program was envisioned to support the organization’s vision and founding principle to award scholarships to young ladies. Through the work of a Scholarship Committee, partnerships with local school counselors developed to solicit potential scholarship candidates. The Committee created guidelines for processing applications, interviewing potential scholarship candidates and making the final selection.  The Scholarship Program and the Mentorship Program are two programs that operate interchangeably.
